Zippos J Photography

Zippos J Photography is a versatile photography company specializing in capturing genuine moments across portraits, sports, and wildlife. Whether you're celebrating a milestone, showcasing athletic talent, or admiring nature’s raw beauty, we’re here to turn fleeting moments into lasting images.

Based in Peyton, Colorado, we offer a creative and personal approach to every session—whether it's a senior stepping into their future, a family gathering for timeless portraits, or a couple documenting their engagement or wedding. We also bring the same passion and precision to fast-paced sports coverage and dynamic team photography, capturing the energy, emotion, and action of the game. And when it’s time to slow down, our wildlife photography explores the natural world with patience, respect, and a sharp eye for rare and beautiful moments.

Specialties:

Portraits: Senior, family, and engagement sessions that feel natural, personal, and true to you. Plus we have wedding packages (contact us for information).

Sports: Game-day coverage, team portraits, and action shots with intensity and emotion

Wildlife: Artistic and documentary-style images that showcase the beauty and power of nature

At Zippos J Photography, photography isn’t just a job—it’s a way of telling real stories with authenticity, heart, and a love for both people and the world around us.

The outdoor photos of my family looked great! It was priceless. Karen with Zippos J Photography really captures that special moment.

Family Session
Karen has done both my daughter and son's senior portraits. My daughter hates having her picture taken. I love that Karen got my daughter to be expressive and smiling and incorporated her dog in her pictures. Karen works so well with people and I got pictures I cherish. She picked beautiful and funky backgrounds that made my daughter happy. For my son, she caught his happy excitement to graduate and used natural backgrounds that complimented his personality perfectly. We got the best photos, customized for us at a great price both times. My family will continue to use Karen to capture the important events in our lives.
